ABOUT US

WILL BULLARD 

My name is Will Bullard, originally from Detroit, MI - though currently residing in Newark, DE! I’ve been around the world a time or two which has allowed me to gain an immense amount of knowledge on all things FITNESS! I’ve been to 66 different countries, playing high level professional basketball in the form of family friendly entertainment. Traveling and playing basketball for months at a time can take a toll on the body, and that’s what influenced my love, dedication and passion for fitness. My motivation comes from deep within - through my own personal experiences; past and present and I can for sure keep you fueled, to keep you positive,  and to keep you pushing! 

I started "Bullbody Project" 4 to 5 years ago to share my knowledge and the importance of staying in shape! I met "AL Walker" , A local fitness motivator as well in Newark, De, and we put our knowledge together to help people out of all demographics! Our goal is to make you a better person physically OVERALL!! 

We want you to be satisfied so you can motive someone else to get their life on track, or back on track thru fitness and motivation!! 

We have our group training sessions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at glasgow park 630pm! YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED! GREAT ENVIRONMENT, GREAT PEOPLE, AND NO ONE GETS LEFT BEHIND!  #Bullbodyproject

AL WALKER

My name is AL Walker and I’m a native of Newark, Delaware. I’ve played competitive high school basketball as well as collegiate level basketball. I’ve learned along the way that being in great shape for the sport I am passionate about is the best state for my body and health. Maintaining good fitness has allowed me to continue to perform in multiple basketball leagues and tournaments over the years, despite having torn my Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) some years ago. That was a difficult time for me physically but I was able to overcome that challenge. As a result it became more evident that preparing your body physically can help you mentally and emotionally, in return building confidence which can be utilized in ALL aspects of one’s life! This is one of the reasons that motivates me to continue on my fitness journey and to help others along the way get the results they need in order to achieve their personal goals.

 

                A few years ago I met Will Bullard and we began to establish an association from our love of basketball. Bull and I shared the same enthusiasm for fitness and with our unique backgrounds I was able to learn and strengthen my skill-set. The road to success requires dedication, hard work, motivation and most of all discipline. These are core concepts Bull Body Project brings to the table. If you want gains then become a part of a movement which will challenge your way of thinking and bring forth lasting results!
